Scheduling and checking in at the doctor’s office is a tedious and painful process. Clearwave is changing the way you schedule and check in at the doctor’s office as a patient by providing efficient self-service solutions for patient services. Join a rapidly growing healthcare software industry leader. Clearwave currently has the need for a Senior Product Manager to share responsibility, along with Product Managers, for the entire product lifecycle.  They will be responsible for researching and understanding user needs and industry changing features, working with users to understand requirements, documenting the information and working with developers to deliver users an acceptable product as well as  managing the relationship with users and internal teams. Candidates must be capable of understanding a full-stack development department and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at various stages of their development. Product managers focus on the collection and documentation of business requirements that drive the design of business systems solutions. They may also participate in business planning, needs analysis and business risk assessment, leading business process redesign, acclimating business processes to changes in technology and consulting with the customer on how to best support the business through the effective use of technology. You will report directly to the V.P. of Product Management.

Come join a talented team of people that enjoy our work and each other.   Clearwave currently has a need for an experienced and dedicated Database Administrator who will chart the course for supporting, enhancing, designing, and driving innovation in all areas of our database infrastructure from top to bottom. This individual will possess an extensive knowledge on best practices and trends for how data is collected, stored, and analyzed while also empowering the creative usage of big data to support massive scalability and growth efforts. You will be responsible for all major database components and will help to manage various interrelationships between major system component levels including but not limited to the application code level, server level, storage level, OS level, authentication level and for disaster recovery concerns. You will work directly with other system architects, software engineers, business analysts, and IT infrastructure staff members to understand the current and future data and system needs of the business.   The ideal candidate will manage the database system lifecycle by consistently evaluating, planning, and guiding system upgrades and improvements through a suite of various utilities, toolsets, and services. You will be responsible for forecasting, recommending and planning out changes to the existing infrastructure in order to enhance database availability and performance for our site of software applications. This position will report directly to the Director of Software Engineering.
